Key Responsibilities

- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Assist in the development of user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using support tools and software, including ticketing systems.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
Working Hours
- This is an overnight shift position, requiring availability from 10 PM to 6 AM. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be required.
