Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or remote support tools.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and technical processes.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or technical teams.

  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

  • Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of software applications.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify recurring technical issues and propose improvements.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong technical aptitude with basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and common software applications.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with customer-friendly etiquette.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.

  • Proficiency with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Internship, project work, or part-time experience in IT support or customer service will be considered an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule.

  • Standard requirement: 30–40 hours per week.

  • May require shift work, including evenings or weekends, depending on client support needs.

  • Understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methods.

  • Familiarity with common networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, VPNs).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets at once.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
