Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe audio and video recordings into written documents.
  • Perform typing tasks, including data entry and document formatting, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and edit transcripts for clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Organize and manage files and documents efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients regarding project updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
  • Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Familiarity with transcription software and tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience

  • Previous experience in transcription or typing-related roles is preferred.
  • Experience in administrative support or data entry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various industry terminologies (medical, legal, etc.) can be advantageous.

Working Hours

  • This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
