Key Responsibilities

• Participate in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in mixology or bartending preferred.
• Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail techniques, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
