  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and store goals.
  • Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and markdowns.
  • Assist in visual merchandising efforts to create appealing product displays.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to better serve customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Working Hours

  • Part-time and full-time positions available.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
