Amazon is seeking detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated individuals to join our Content Management Team (CMT) as Retail Process Associates. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and enhancing the quality and accuracy of product content on Amazon’s retail platform. You will be responsible for reviewing, auditing, and improving product data to ensure customers enjoy a seamless and informative shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process retail catalog data and ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Amazon standards.

  • Identify and correct errors in product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.

  • Manage and update product information based on inputs from vendors, internal teams, and automated tools.

  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks on the catalog to identify inconsistencies or missing data.

  • Collaborate with other teams such as Vendor Management, Category Teams, and Technical Support to resolve issues.

  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintain productivity and quality metrics.

  • Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Arts, Science, or Engineering preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work with large volumes of data using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow SOPs and operate with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.


Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in catalog management, content moderation, back-office processing, or data entry is a plus.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time role with flexible scheduling.

  • Monday to Friday, with potential rotational shifts based on business needs.

  • Work-from-office or hybrid options available depending on location.
