Primary Responsibilities
Join our 26-month Sales & Distribution Rotational Program, designed to accelerate your career by providing structured training, on-the-job experience, and exposure to multiple functions within the organization. As a participant, you will:
- Rotational Experience:
- Complete two, six-month rotations outside the Producer Help Desk (March – August) in areas such as Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Workforce Management, and Business Development.
- Complete two, six-month Sales Support rotations (September – February) executing Producer Help Desk responsibilities through inbound telephonic interactions.
- Participate in a two-month training program (June – July, Year 1) to develop foundational skills.
- Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Champion Sales Agents by addressing sales support, product, content, and technical needs.
- Resolve interactions efficiently through inbound calls, chats, emails, and, as needed, outbound calls.
- Navigate resources, manage escalations, and ensure successful completion of sales transactions.
- Provide timely updates using effective oral and written communication.
- Undertake additional projects and duties assigned by management.
