Program Overview:
Join our Sales Support Rotational Program designed to accelerate your career, enhance your skills, and provide hands-on experience across key areas of our organization. Over a 26-month period, you will engage in structured training, immersive rotations, and practical projects that prepare you for a successful career in sales support and beyond.

Primary Responsibilities:
As a participant in the 26-month Rotational Program, you will:

  • Complete two six-month rotations outside the Producer Help Desk (March – August) in areas such as Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Workforce Management, and Business Development.
  • Undertake two six-month Sales Support Rotations (September – February) focused on executing Producer Help Desk responsibilities via inbound telephonic interactions.
  • Participate in a two-month training program (June – July, Year 1) to build foundational knowledge and skills.

Key Duties as a Sales Support Representative:

  • Serve as a champion for Sales Agents by addressing sales support, product, content, and technical needs.
  • Support Agent sales success and loyalty through timely and effective resolution of interactions, including telephonic support, resource navigation, escalation management, and engaging appropriate resources to drive sales completion.
  • Provide updates on interaction resolutions using clear and effective oral and written communication.
  • Regularly interact with Sales Agents via multiple communication channels, including inbound calls, chats, emails, or outbound calls as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects assigned by business management.
