Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analytics to support the sales strategy and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales events, including conferences, meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients and prospects, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities to enhance sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility to work occasional overtime may be required.
