Job Summary:
HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Service Executive to join our remote night shift team. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in building client relationships, resolving customer inquiries, and closing sales—all while working from the comfort of their home. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, delivering exceptional service and meeting defined sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries during the night shift.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service, preferably in a night shift or international calling environment.

Working Hours:

Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)

Monday to Friday (Saturday shifts may rotate depending on campaign requirements)
