Key Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team meetings to enhance team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a remote environment is an advantage.
Working Hours
- This is a night shift position. Candidates must be available to work from [specific hours, e.g., 10 PM to 6 AM, local time].
