- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads and follow up on inquiries to nurture relationships and advance opportunities.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update our CRM system to track progress and results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights on market trends and customer feedback.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and results to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles.
- Experience in a remote work environment is preferred, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while meeting project deadlines.
- Expected commitment of approximately 15-20 hours per week, with opportunities for increased hours based on performance.
