Sales Development Representative (m/w/d)

Job Summary

Fresher Job is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels, including social media, email, and phone outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize on outreach efforts and refine messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads in a timely manner and persistently engage prospects until qualified.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility as required).
