Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and deepen trusted relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients.
  • Drive expansion of existing client relationships through continuous communication and a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Develop and refine key client service processes and systems, establish management guidelines, and monitor the lifecycle and engagement of strategic accounts.
  • Analyze user behavior to uncover hidden needs, prepare key client analysis reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored client service solutions and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in customer acquisition/origination with clear sales KPIs.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven client management.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a sales team; experience collaborating with regional teams and representing the company at industry events for new client acquisition.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or client service roles within international financial services, such as banking, investments, or FX sales.
  • Existing client exposure or portfolio that may include institutional clients, HNW individuals, proprietary trading firms, private banking clients, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; adaptable, resilient under pressure, and effective in fast-moving environments.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
