Requirements

Strong academic background—preferably a Master’s degree—in finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an OTC Sales Trader within the financial or crypto sectors.

In-depth knowledge of the OTC trade lifecycle, including pricing and execution, settlements, and the roles of exchanges, liquidity providers, and prime brokers.

Robust understanding of financial markets, market microstructure, liquidity dynamics, and risk-mitigation strategies.

Highly analytical, self-driven, and capable of working independently with strong initiative.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple regions and functions.

Experience with electronic OTC flows and structured products is advantageous.

Skills in Python and SQL are a plus.

Experience or strong interest in the crypto or DeFi industry is highly desirable.
