Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-sale to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and identify new prospects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (preferably Spanish or French).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in customer service or account management is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
