Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Cultivate and oversee a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and retail clients, driving both client acquisition and retention.

  • Relationship Building: Establish strong, personalized connections with clients by understanding their unique financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.

  • Tailored Solutions: Identify client needs and recommend Binance’s range of products—such as trading accounts, staking options, or Web3 offerings—to align with their objectives.

  • Seamless Onboarding: Guide clients through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they have a top-tier experience with Binance’s platform and services.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to enhance client-facing processes and contribute innovative ideas to elevate Binance’s VIP offerings.

  • Market Insight: Analyze regional market trends to uncover growth opportunities and design strategic approaches for client acquisition.

  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on cryptocurrency developments and Binance product enhancements to provide clients with expert guidance and advice.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services within the financial services industry, such as wealth management, retail banking, investment advisory, or brokerage.

  • Relationship Management: Proven success in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.

  • Sales & Communication Skills: Strong sales acumen and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varying client needs and perform under pressure.

  • Passion for Crypto: A deep passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology; prior experience in the crypto space is a strong advantage.

  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to coordinate effectively with international partners and stakeholders.

  • CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM tools and client management systems is a plus.
