- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Experience
- No prior sales experience required; however, internships or related experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.

Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events may be required.
