Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop next-generation ML, NLP, and Generative AI products and services for healthcare and pharmacy domains.
- Develop machine learning and deep learning models across diverse areas, including NLP, NLU, NLG, SLU, and multidimensional time series forecasting.
- Optimize and quantize Generative AI models for improved performance and efficiency.
- Manage the lifecycle of NLP and ML models for a suite of AI-powered products.
- Lead large-scale proofs-of-concept using both on-premise and cloud technologies in healthcare applications.
- Prioritize and manage technology initiatives for building ML, NLP, GenAI, and AI-based products.
- Oversee the end-to-end AI product development process, including data ingestion, feature engineering, analysis, modeling, deployment, testing, monitoring, and documentation.
- Build end-to-end pipelines leveraging RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases for data retrieval and LLM-based generation.
- Establish best practices for ML, deep learning, and GenAI development cycles to ensure process rigor and high-quality outcomes.
- Work independently to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and employment terms, including flexibility in work location, team assignments, shifts, and alternative work arrangements, as required by evolving business needs.
