Job Summary:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably within a technology or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience in building and implementing advanced analytical models and frameworks.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, enhancing the storytelling aspect of data.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours. Occasional overtime may be required based on project demands.
