Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing insights to inform strategy.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on results and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience working in a remote or night shift capacity is preferred.
- Prior experience in a related industry (technology, finance, etc.) is an advantage.
