Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform bidding strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously seek ways to improve bidding processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online bidding and business development, preferably in a technology or service-oriented company.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful deal-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or online bidding roles.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in hours may be required based on project deadlines and client needs.

  • Strong understanding of the online bidding landscape and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
