BairesDev is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Data Analyst to join our global remote team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive business decisions across multiple domains. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, product leaders, and engineering teams to define data strategies, build advanced analytics solutions, and support high-impact initiatives for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives, from data discovery to actionable insights

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models for business and executive teams

Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into data requirements

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

Provide strategic recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems

Mentor junior data analysts and promote best practices in analytics

Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve data pipelines and analytics infrastructure

Present insights and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and business intelligence

Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets

Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

Proficiency in Excel and data modeling techniques

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related role

Experience supporting decision-making for senior leadership or enterprise clients

Exposure to technology, SaaS, fintech, or digital products is a strong advantage
