Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our global marketing team. This role will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with employees and management across the marketing function. The Senior HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, providing leadership and strategic support in areas such as talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management. This role will have a key focus on ensuring that HR initiatives align with the strategic goals of the business, fostering an innovative and inclusive culture within the marketing division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Support: Partner with senior leaders in the global marketing team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, drive performance, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Talent Management: Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top marketing talent, including overseeing recruitment strategies, talent assessments, and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, working to understand and address employee concerns while promoting a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented work environment.
- Organizational Development: Support the development of high-performing teams by providing coaching, leadership development, and training programs tailored to the marketing divisions needs.
- Performance Management: Oversee the execution of performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career development initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead HR aspects of organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering employee buy-in during times of change.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to provide data-driven insights to senior management, helping to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience in marketing or a creative industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR practices.
- Ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments and manage global teams.
Experience:
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably within a global marketing or creative environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives such as organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, flexible working hours with an option for remote work.
- Occasional travel may be required to collaborate with global teams.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools.
