Job Summary

Fresher Job is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our HR Policy, Advice & Specialist Support division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing HR policies that foster a supportive and compliant workplace environment. Your expertise will guide managers and employees alike, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements. You will be instrumental in enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives and will serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Development: Design, implement, and regularly review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Advisory Role: Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Training & Development: Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of HR policies and procedures among staff and management.
  • HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies support the organizations overall strategic goals.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks related to HR policies and employee relations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and legal changes to continuously refine HR practices and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR management role, with a focus on policy development and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in policy development and implementation within a large organization.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues and providing strategic advice to leadership.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed to accommodate project demands and meetings.
