Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our HR Policy, Advice & Specialist Support team. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing HR policies that align with our strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to senior leadership and managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development: Design, implement, and review HR policies and procedures that support the organizations goals and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
- Specialist Support: Lead and oversee specialized HR initiatives, such as talent management, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement strategies.
- Training and Development: Develop training materials and conduct workshops for HR staff and management to enhance their understanding of HR policies and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR policies are integrated into business operations and aligned with organizational culture.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR policies, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor HR practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and advise on necessary changes to policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies effectively.
- Experience in data analysis and HR metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in HR policy development and implementation within large organizations.
- Proven track record of advising senior leadership on HR-related matters.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and leading change initiatives.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
