Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic across various online platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to achieve targeted ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to create data-driven marketing strategies.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on analytics.
• Lead email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Create and maintain content for social media, blogs, and website to engage target audiences.
• Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Foster relationships with influencers, affiliates, and other business partners to expand marketing reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 4-6 years in a digital marketing or marketing communications role, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and other analytics and automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in managing multi-channel marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, paid ads, and organic search.
• Experience in working remotely, managing time effectively, and collaborating with teams from diverse backgrounds.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time, remote position.
