Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose and repair equipment as needed, utilizing technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
• Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions, in a timely manner.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring that necessary tools and parts are available for service tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and best practices in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Class C drivers license (or higher) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a technician or driver in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or driving position, preferably within the service industry.
• Experience with automotive or equipment repair is highly desirable.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed to meet business demands.
