About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Sign Installer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-based environment.
As a Sign Installer, you will be responsible for setting up signage at a wide range of locations—including commercial properties, multifamily complexes, municipal buildings, single-family homes, and quick-service restaurants. Installations are completed in teams of two, and you will travel daily along the I-25 corridor from Pueblo to Wellington.
What You will Do
- Work closely with a teammate to install various types of signage
- Travel to multiple job sites each day along the I-25 corridor
- Dig post holes, assemble signage components, and complete installations
- Use hand and power tools to ensure efficient and accurate setup
- Occasionally operate lifts up to 50 feet, with company-provided fall protection gear
What We are Looking For
Essential Skills:
- Experience using hand tools, drills, and reading tape measures
- Background in landscaping, construction labor, or similar hands-on work
- Ability to interpret basic blueprints or installation diagrams
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
- Self-starter with a reliable and safety-first mindset
