Fresher Job is seeking a dynamic and creative Skincare Promotion / Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is tailored for female candidates passionate about skincare and marketing. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote skincare products across various channels, including social media, email, and in-store promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and appealing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and promotional videos.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and influencer collaborations to showcase products and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and influencers in the skincare industry.
- Provide training and support to sales staff regarding product knowledge and promotional strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or promotions, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the skincare or beauty sectors.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration strategies is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for events and promotions.
