Zoho is seeking enthusiastic and creative freshers to join as Social Media Executives through a remote internship program. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement for a leading global software company. The Social Media Executive will assist in planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and audience interaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

  • Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content including posts, graphics, and videos for social media channels.

  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond appropriately to increase engagement.

  • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to optimize social media campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.

  • Stay updated with current trends, best practices, and emerging social media tools to enhance effectiveness.

  • Support in scheduling posts and maintaining content calendars.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or any related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Experience:

  • Freshers from 2023–2025 batch are eligible.

  • Internships or academic projects in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing are advantageous but not mandatory.


Working Hours:

  • Remote internship with flexible working hours.

  • Commitment of 20–25 hours per week is preferred.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate across time zones if required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills.

  • Creativity in generating content ideas and campaigns.

  • Analytical skills to track, measure, and report social media performance.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Zoho Social is a plus.
