Ramp is on a mission to build the best engineering team. We’re looking for engineers who are passionate about designing scalable backend systems, take ownership of their work, and thrive in driving projects from conception to production. Our current tech stack includes Python, Temporal, and Postgres.
What You’ll Do
- Shape and execute our technical vision by leading discussions and implementing complex projects.
- Continuously enhance our engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale our codebase, team productivity, and overall impact.
- Participate in recruiting by interviewing candidates and developing your own interview questions, while fostering a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility.
- Mentor and inspire less experienced engineers and interns, promoting growth and knowledge sharing across the team.
What You Need
- Minimum of 1 year of professional software engineering experience (post-internship).
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
- Strong ability to translate business and product ideas into practical engineering solutions.
- Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
