Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • Professional Background: At least 3-5 years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical support, or related role within a customer-facing environment.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or additional relevant training are a plus.
