Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to enhance customer experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively advise clients on best practices and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or engineering capacity.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or related role.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering technical presentations and training sessions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
Working Hours
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to collaborate with team members and clients across different time zones as needed.
