HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and technically adept Solutions Engineer – Customer Facing to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role requires a talented individual who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer communication. You will be working directly with clients to understand their business needs, deliver tailored software or technical solutions, and provide support throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal development/sales teams

  • Understand client business requirements and map them to suitable product/technical solutions

  • Deliver engaging and informative product demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution presentations

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and drive pre-sales efforts

  • Provide post-sales support during onboarding and implementation phases

  • Assist in building technical documentation, training materials, and client-facing resources

  • Continuously gather client feedback and provide insights to product development teams

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, products, and competitor offerings

  • Ensure smooth project handoffs from sales to delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Proven technical aptitude with a strong understanding of software solutions, APIs, cloud platforms, or IT infrastructure

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences

  • Experience delivering demos and technical presentations to enterprise clients

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve client technical issues with professionalism and clarity

  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), Jira, Slack, Confluence, or similar platforms

  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills


Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role

  • Experience working in SaaS, IT services, B2B platforms, or product-led tech companies is highly desirable

  • Remote client engagement and virtual collaboration experience is a strong advantage


Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Remote

  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST (with flexibility based on client time zones)

  • Occasional evening meetings or early calls may be required based on global client location

  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
