Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify top talent in the aviation sector.

  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in aviation recruitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the aviation or a similar high-demand sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Passion for the aviation industry and understanding of its unique recruitment needs.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or recruitment operations, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Experience working with aviation-related roles (pilots, crew, ground staff, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience working with multinational teams and understanding diverse cultural recruitment practices is beneficial.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
