Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and networks to identify potential candidates for open aviation positions.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to define job requirements and understand the specific needs of each role.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, tracking progress and updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to attract top talent and remain competitive in the aviation recruitment market.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
- Compliance: Adhere to all employment laws and regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the aviation sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on aviation or technical roles preferred.
- Demonstrated success in filling various aviation positions, from entry-level to senior management.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on project demands.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of the aviation industry, including regulatory standards and certification requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidates qualifications and performance.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
