Key Responsibilities

Asset Management & Work Order Oversight

  • Support work order processes, including contractor documentation, breakdown tracking, and preventive maintenance completion.
  • Partner with warranty teams to ensure accurate maintenance and claim workflows.
  • Conduct audits, analyze findings, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Strategic Planning & Project Support

  • Assist in planning and scheduling asset-related projects and initiatives.
  • Help drive project execution, monitor timelines, and support recovery plans when needed.
  • Review project metrics to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Manage and validate large data sets related to equipment history, work orders, inventory, and costs.
  • Perform trend analysis, identify anomalies, and determine root causes.
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports that provide actionable insights.

Systems & Process Excellence

  • Develop strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion and CMMS systems.
  • Create and maintain SOPs to standardize enterprise processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Asset Lifecycle Management initiatives and train key users.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with maintenance, IT, engineering, and operations teams on testing, training, and process improvements.
  • Build practical knowledge of repair and maintenance operations.
  • Stay current on reliability practices, equipment performance, and continuous improvement methods.

Inventory, Procurement & Warranty Management

  • Support inventory and procurement processes to ensure accurate asset and parts management.
  • Manage parts catalogs, cycle counts, transfers, and inventory accuracy.
  • Process requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, receiving, and corrections.
  • Support warranty workflows, credited parts recovery, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, CMMS, or similar ERP/EAM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations, asset management, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability preferred.
