Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track IT hardware inventory including servers, laptops, desktops, networking equipment, and other IT products.
• Perform routine inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the receipt, labeling, and storage of IT products in the warehouse.
• Ensure all equipment is properly categorized and stored in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of IT products.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment for internal use or shipping to clients.
• Generate and maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions, including arrivals, movements, and dispositions of IT hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory.
• Help in preparing and conducting inventory-related audits and reporting to management.
• Provide technical support and advice regarding inventory management software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware and software, including servers, desktops, laptops, networking equipment, and peripherals.
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficient in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
• Ability to lift and handle IT equipment in a warehouse setting.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in an IT-focused environment or warehouse.
• Previous experience working with IT hardware or in a technical support role is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility for overtime or weekend work during peak seasons.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of IT hardware inventory management and logistics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to use inventory management software, with knowledge of ERP systems being a plus.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
