Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee and manage the inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software components, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and system records.
- Warehouse Operations: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of IT equipment within the warehouse, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Asset Tracking: Utilize inventory management systems to track IT assets, perform regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
- Support: Provide technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders regarding IT asset management issues.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements for inventory processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to inventory management and warehouse operations.

Working Hours
- Standard Hours: Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility: Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
