Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update company websites (WordPress and Elementor), ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, and optimal performance.

  • Support SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata management, backlink analysis, and performance monitoring.

  • Conduct competitor and search ranking analyses to identify opportunities for improved visibility and traffic.

  • Collaborate with design teams to enhance UX/UI, maintaining consistent branding and user experience across all digital channels.

  • Manage or assist with paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads), including setup, tracking, and reporting.

  • Implement basic HTML/CSS updates and troubleshoot front-end issues.

  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and SEO tools.

  • Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and conversion tracking to support lead generation and marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure websites comply with accessibility and performance standards.

  • Contribute to process improvements and standard operating procedures.

  • Support cross-team digital marketing projects and problem resolution.

Qualifications & Education

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in web design, SEO, and SEM management.

  • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Mexican passport and U.S. travel visa.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in SEO/SEM strategy and execution, including keyword research, metadata management, content optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Proficient in WordPress and Elementor for complex content management and page layout design.

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end troubleshooting.

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.

  • Experienced with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

  • Analytical mindset for interpreting website and campaign data to make actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Software & Tools

  • WordPress and Elementor (advanced content management and page layout design)

  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads

  • SEO toolsets: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz

  • Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF tools

  • Project management software (e.g., Monday.com)

  • Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot)

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience managing websites or digital marketing programs with measurable SEO/SEM results.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization for landing pages and campaigns.

  • Integrating web content with marketing automation or CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with accessibility, page performance optimization, and technical SEO best practices.

  • Collaborative experience with design, content, and marketing teams.

  • Background in renewable energy, utilities, or technology industries.

  • Experience working with U.S. based companies.
