Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SPS WFM Manager to join our Operations Support and Planning team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient workforce management strategies that optimize our service delivery while maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in workforce management within a fast-paced environment, utilizing data-driven decision-making to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce management strategies that align with business objectives and improve service delivery.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics to forecast demand and create effective staffing models.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust workforce plans accordingly to meet changing business needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with operations, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness in workforce strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on workforce metrics, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in workforce management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and decision-making.
- Proficient in workforce management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management or operations planning.
- Experience in a leadership role within a customer service or operations environment.
- Proven track record in managing workforce analytics and performance metrics.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek, with flexibility required based on business needs.

- Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
