Job Summary:
Fresher Job is seeking highly skilled and motivated Sr. Engineers and Lead Engineers specializing in Civil and Structural Engineering to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Design and Analysis: Develop detailed engineering designs, perform structural analysis, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the preparation and review of engineering reports, drawings, and specifications, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve engineering issues, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all engineering practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional engineering certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro).
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in engineering deliverables.
Experience:
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a track record of successfully managing engineering projects.
- Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale civil and structural projects, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in hours may be required based on project demands.
