Sr. Engineers / Lead Engineers – Civil & Structural

Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking experienced and dynamic Sr. Engineers and Lead Engineers specializing in Civil and Structural engineering. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in our engineering projects, ensuring that designs are executed to the highest standards and meet both client and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications for structures, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project execution and compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in civil and structural engineering, with a minimum of 5 years for Sr. Engineer and 8 years for Lead Engineer roles.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD Pro).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale engineering projects with complex requirements.
• Experience in structural analysis, design, and project management within diverse sectors (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial).
• Familiarity with local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, with typical working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required based on project demands.
