Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. As a Sr. HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance, to support the overall mission of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, workplace safety, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop succession plans.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Foster a positive organizational culture through employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to all employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in various functions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Proven track record in successful recruitment and retention strategies.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with a requirement of 40 hours per week. Core hours are expected to overlap with standard business hours.
