Job Summary
As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Fresher Jobs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and supporting our strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems that align with company goals and promote employee development.
- Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Data Management: Maintain employee records and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, contributing to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist functions.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Demonstrated success in managing HR projects and implementing process improvements.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
Working Hours
- This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Availability for occasional meetings during standard business hours is expected.
