Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Customer Care team during the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence during off-peak hours. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the nightly operations of the customer care team, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide leadership and guidance to customer care representatives, addressing any issues or escalations that arise.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to customer interactions, processes, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage conflict effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a supervisory position.
- Experience in managing a diverse team and achieving performance targets.
Working Hours
- This position requires availability for night shifts, typically from 10 PM to 6 AM, with flexibility to accommodate business needs.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems.
