Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory role or similar management position.

Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.

Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet store demands.
