Job Summary

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory role or similar management position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Background in home improvement, hardware, or related sectors is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet store demands.
