Job Summary: Fresher Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator for an exciting remote opportunity in our Outbound Operations team. This position is integral to managing and optimizing our outbound supply chain processes during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, coordinate with various stakeholders, and troubleshoot issues to maintain a smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all outbound supply chain activities during overnight shifts, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, track orders, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to address and resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery, or inventory discrepancies.
- Utilize supply chain management software and tools to track shipments, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
- Implement and adhere to best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in outbound logistics.
- Perform regular audits of outbound processes and inventory to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field, with a focus on outbound operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant digital tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with a focus on outbound operations.
- Experience working remotely and managing operations across different time zones is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and digital tools is essential.
Working Hours:
- This is a remote position with overnight shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate operational needs.
