Supply Chain Coordinator – Outbound (Overnight) – Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all outbound supply chain activities during overnight shifts, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, track orders, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to address and resolve any issues related to shipping, delivery, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Utilize supply chain management software and tools to track shipments, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Implement and adhere to best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in outbound logistics.
  • Perform regular audits of outbound processes and inventory to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field, with a focus on outbound operations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant digital tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with a focus on outbound operations.
  • Experience working remotely and managing operations across different time zones is preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and digital tools is essential.

Working Hours:

  • This is a remote position with overnight shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate operational needs.
