Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and customer service, to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, track inventory levels, and manage order fulfillment to meet customer demands.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure service reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to outbound shipments, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
  • Address and resolve any shipping issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize supply chain management software and tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination or logistics management, preferably in an outbound capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics, with a focus on outbound operations.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • This is a remote position with overnight working hours, typically from 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in hours may be required based on business needs.
