This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Test teams, as well as external suppliers and partners, enabling seamless coordination essential for successful programme delivery.
Mission
- Supply Chain & Programme Delivery Management: Develop an in-depth understanding of the F1 Power Unit Value Stream Map, supply chain operations, and programme delivery processes. Support the coordination and timely availability of Power Unit hardware and assemblies to meet race and development deadlines.
- Critical Path Analysis & Planning: Evaluate critical paths within supply chain and delivery projects to identify dependencies and constraints. Develop detailed, actionable plans that align with programme objectives and schedules.
- Business-Wide Visibility: Establish transparent communication channels across the organization to provide clear visibility of project status, risks, and milestones. Define necessary actions and assign ownership to ensure accountability at all levels.
- Delivery Pace Management: Drive programme momentum by setting and maintaining the pace required to meet tight deadlines. Proactively manage schedules to avoid delays and ensure on-time delivery of hardware and systems.
- Project Leadership: Own and lead multiple high-priority supply chain and delivery projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth execution and integration across departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned, informed, and accountable for their contributions to programme success.
- Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identify risks and bottlenecks early in supply chain and delivery processes. Lead problem-solving efforts and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Programme Reporting: Conduct regular project reviews, gateway assessments, and status presentations. Provide clear, insightful reports highlighting progress, risks, and next steps to key stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators to track delivery success.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between Engineering, Operations, Test teams, and Supply Chain functions to ensure integrated programme execution aligned with shared goals and timelines.
